T/T, L/C(you must pay 30% of total contract amount by T/T as deposit.).

2). Can I get a sample? And how?

Yes, you can get some sample, and you need to pay for it. However, that cost can be refundable after you buy our machines or tapes more than MOQ.

3). What kind of files do you accept for printing?

PDF, Word, PPT, High resolution JPG. 

4). Can you do the design for us?

Yes,just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products.

5). What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly,it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to 15 days. Generally speaking,we suggest that you start inquiry one month before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

6). How long is your guarantee?

One year (Calculated from the equipment arrives at the customer’s side.).
