Features of the drip pipe:

1. The labyrinth flow path is long, ensuring that the water dripper is even.
2. High water pressure and long flow path enable the turbulent flow inside the emitters so that the emitters can wash themselves continuously.
3. The filter square of water dripping entrance is big then the anti-blocking capacity is strengthened.
4. There can be one, two or four water dripping outlets on each emitter, which greatly lowers the risks of water interception due to the outside blocking.
5. The dripper is installed before being taken our from the factory which saves labor cost and reduce the investment.
6. The paving length can reach 300m.
7. It is hard and can be used in the four seasons.
8. Compared with others, the suitability and anti-clogging is strong.
9. The requirement for the water quality is low. Water flow is more steady and longer service life.

application:

1.Farm drip irrigation

cotton and some other crops with big line space also can adopt drip irrigation,cotton's dripper space mode is 40-80-40cm.Usually two lines of cotton with line space of 40cm should be placed with one line plastic film,Beside line space of 80cm.another two lines of cotton should be planted and by analogy to others.Drip irrigation tape under the plastic film can decrease evaporation and increase utilization rate of water.With the emitter space of 0.3m,emitter flow quantity is usually 2.6H/L for neutral soil,1.8-2.5litre/hour for cohesive soil,2.5-3.2litre/hour for sandy soil.Head hinge(filter,fertilizer equipment) is almost the same as fruit tree drip irrigation system.

2.Greenhouse

Greenhouse elements are crucial to the greenhouse crops especially vegetables.Especially air temperature,ground temperature,humidity,moisture content are the main factors that influences the output and quality of vegetables.Greenhouse adopt drip irrigation and put the plastic film on the vegetables and irrigation tape can adjust the moisture cntent,temperature and water quantity so that we can improve the environment of vegetables,reduce the disease and increase the output and improve the quantity.
