Q: What's the payment term?

A: Normally, Above 5000pcs: T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 10 days after departure from port. Below 50000pcs:  T/T 100% in advance.

Q: How to start a custom project with your company?

A: Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. if all detas are cofirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.

Q: Can you do aluminum on the spray?

Yes. Sliver, Gold, Black, and Various color aluminum are avaliable, but you shall offer us sample or Panton No.

Q: Can we get your free samples?

Yes, you can. Our samples are free for customers who confirmed the order. But express freight cost is on buyer's account.

Q: Can we conbine many times size in one container?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item shall reach our MOQ.

Q:What is the normal lead time?

A. for plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive you 30% deposit.

B. For aluminum products, the delivery time is 25-28 work days after we received your 30% deposit.

C. For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we received your 30% deposit.

Q: What is your shiping way?

By sea, by air, by express, etc. we will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirments.

Q: How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mas production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
