Introduction of Ceramic Dust Collector:

DMC mode pulse bag dust filter is a small stand alone bag filter; it is designed by absorbing advantages of similar products at home and abroad. The filter uses products advanced online pulse injection technology with complete dust cleaning and low running resistance. And the high quality accessories can ensure the efficient of dust elimination. It’s a full automatic control, high efficiency operation and easy maintenance

 

Features of Ceramic Dust Collector:

The dust filter has features of high cleaning efficiency, long life span, easy maintenance and reliable operation. It is the first choice dedusting equipment for top and bottom of scattered points. It can be widely used in varieties of crushing, screening equipment for dust.

 

Working Principle of Ceramic Dust Collector:

1. The dust-laden air enters the bag filter.
 2. The dust /powder separates inside the bag filter chamber.
 3. The air is uniformly distributed avoiding channeling while the powder is separated.
 4. Initially a coat of material forms on the bags. Subsequently, the coat acts as the filtering medium.
 5. The dust is accumulated on filter elements while the air passes through the filter bags from outside to inside.
 6. The accumulated powder is dislodged from the bags by reverse pulsejet air intermittently.
 7. The dislodged powder falls on bottom cone and is discharged through powder discharge valves.
 8. The dust free air is sucked by induced draft fan and is exhausted to atmosphere.
