Brief introduction of disc comminutor:

Disc comminutor is molding machinery that can make material into specific shapes. It is widely used in chemical,

petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, mining and metallurgy,environmental protection, printing and dyeing, ceramics, rubber, plastic industries etc. Granulator machine has two types: disc granulator and rotor drum granulator.

Working principle of laboratory disc comminutor:

Disc granulator:This series of products are worked by the main motor drive pulley and the belt, through the reducer drive pinion to small gear. The small gear is fixed closely at the bottom of the big gear teeth and they work with each other.With materials entering the granulating disc, through the granulating disc rotation and spray device, the materials stick together evenly and become globular particles.

Rotor drum granulator:the main motor drives belt and pulley, through transmission to the drive shaft of the gearbox,

through the open gear installed on the drive shaft and fixed on the body of the big gear ring gear, relative to one another.The material goes out with specificate shape from discharge hole.
