SKLN Series Counterflow Cooler is a kind of advanced cooler equipment for granule materials, mainly equipped in feed  production line, used for cooling the granular materials produced from pelleter which contain certain moisture and higher temperature, dry and cooling,meet the storage requirements.

Advantage

1. 1.    The counterflow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets;
2. 2.    Aairlock feeder is used for feeding, with large air volume, good cooling effect;
3. 3.    The octagon cooling bin has eliminated dead cooling corner, which is beneficial to the cooling treatment of materials;
4. 4.    Multiple pressure-reducing plate is equipped with discharging device, can lighten the working load of discharging device, reduce the deformation, prolong the working life;
5. 5.    The gearbox drives eccentric shaft as transmission gear, smooth and reliable running, no material deposit, lower noise, easy to install and maintain.
