<1>Refining loss per ton:

1) De-gumming and de-acid loss:

The yield of oil depends on value of W, calculating by the following formula:

When W 3%, Loss =0.3+(1.25 W)

When W >3%, Loss=1.35 W

When encountered a second time, the loss will increase around 0.3%. W equals to the sumof MIU(moisture, mechanical impurity, insaponified matter), FFA, non-oil matter.

2) Loss in bleaching section:oil residue in used bentonite is less than 20%;

3) Loss on deodorizing(Physical refining process):

Refining loss equals to the amount of FFA in crude oil multiplied the following factor :
