16G to 8G (0.063" to 1.57") + /- 0.002" tolerance. 

Zinc coating

Coating commercial (0.1 oz per square feet and CL 1 - 0.3 oz per square feet).
For heavy coating there is a facility for gas wiping to ensure uniform and controlled zinc coating.

Tensile strength

·        80,000 psi minimum.

·        To customers specified UTS, ie 70,000-90,000: 80,000-100,000 etc in ranges of 20,000 psi.

Packaging

·        Small coils are unitized to make a master bundle and then put in HDPE bags.

·        Heavy coils are packed in HDPE bags.
