NE Series types of bucket elevator / motor used elevators is one kind of vertical lifting machine widely applied for granules, powder, block in mining, construction, coal, cement etc. The max temperature resistance is 250 degree.

NE Series types of bucket elevator / motor used elevators is the new design machine which according to the machine standard rules JB3926-85.

It adopts system of the material automatic feeding, and gravity discharging way. The plate chain is high premium quality and strong alloy steel materials with the feature of Abrasion Resistance and durable.

NE Series types of bucket elevator / motor used elevators is made up of operation device, driving device,top part device, middle cabinet case, and down part.

1. The operation device is made up of bucket and plate chain.

    Upper device--It is installed path way and duplex chain, roller brake, and discharging outlet. And the discharging outlet is installed rubber plate which is prevent the material feeding back.  Below the model No. NE30 adopts the single row plate chain.

 NE50-NE800 adopts the double row plate chain.

The driving device is made up of multiple drive power(customized). The driving platform is equipped with inspection frame and handrail. It can installed in left or right side.

2.  Middle caninet case-It is installed the path way with duplex chain inside so as to prevent the chain swing.

3. Down part--It is equipped with automatic tensioning device.

The NE15-NE50 is equipped with the spring tensioner, and the NE100-NE800 is equipped with heavy hammer tensioner.

4. The plate chain is adopt 45 # HRC36~42.

5. Different kinds of bucket and screw bolts.

NE Series types of bucket elevator / motor used elevators adopts material flow trough feeding way. when the material feed into the bucket,and plate chain will hoist to the machine top and than automatically discharging the material by the gravity function.

It has the multi model No. from NE15-NE800 which totally 11 categories. Adopts the whole close cabinet type, It has the features of wide application, high capacity, low energy, low chain speed. Hardly material return backe.
With these features it will replace other types of elevator gradually.
