The products are extensively used in valves, water pumps, speed reducers, ejectors and automobiles etc. Main raw materials include grey iron, ductile iron, malleable iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, alloy steel and so on,in accordance with DIN standard, ASTM standard, BS standard and JIS standard.

Production process

1. The wax is produced by injecting wax into a metal die.

2. The wax pattern which is an exact replica of the required part is removed from the die.

3. The wax pattern are attached to a central wax bar, called a sprue to from a cluster or tree. 

4. The tree is dipped (invested) into a ceramic slurry, drained.

5. And coated with fine ceramic refractory. After drying this process is repeated with.

6. Progressively coarser refractories until a self supporting shell or mould is formed.

7. One the mould is dry, it is heated to allow the wax to run out.

8. The tree is fired at high temperature to remove all residual traces of wax and preheat mould for pouring.

9. Molten metal is poured into the heated mould.

10. After cooling the mould, material is removed by mechanical vibration, chemical cleaning or water blasting.

11. Parts are cut from, sprue, finished, sometimes machined to customer's specifications and prepare for shipment.
