Q: I have a design, can CK Smart Card just print my luggage tag for me?

 A: You can create your own design as you like , all we need is the artwork sent to us in a high-resolution file in one of the following formats: AI,CDR,PDS.PDF .If you need help creating your design, We have professional  designers that can help you make a  successful design.What you need do is just tell us your inquirements.

Q: I need the  luggage tag now; What is your turn around time for printing and shipping?

 A : Our production time is usually 7~8 days,and shipping time 3~5days according your place.We do offer special quick services of 3~ 5 days for production time if you need.Generally,We will  provide you with a realistic and suitable time frame for the completion of your   luggage tag  item. A: 30%~50% deposit in advance and balance should be paid before we produce and the rest  should be paid before we send to you.For the payment:Paypal,Western Union, T/T,Escrow are all available.
