I. Brief :
HPSPR-6000 Bioanalyzer use touching LCD , which can display SPR curve and sensor responding plot , it is convenient to observe and analyse for customers ; It create optical sensing system by Kretschmann structure , and take 850nm (wave length) LED as incident light source , Analyse and test sample through changing light incident angle ; Others, we can supply many kinds of sensor chips for surface carboxylation , customers can customize chips according to their demands ; Use internal setting recovery system to sample , recover tested sample to tubule . Control system is made by precise peristaltic pump with wide-range (0.006ml/min – 290ml/min) volume flow , it can meet different customers’ demands .
II. Testing Principle:
When detecting , First fixed layer film (Au) for biomolecular recognition on surface of sensor chip , testing sample flows through surface of chip , If molecular in sample solution can interact with biomolecular recognition film , it can cause index of refraction change on surface of Au film , and cause SPR angle change . People can get information of analyte’s concentration, affinity, kinetic constants and specificity through detecting SPR angle change .
