Potassium sulfate is a leading variety of important non-chloride potassium fertilizer, especially applicable for commercial crops such as tea, tobacco, surgar and fruits which are sensitive to chlorine. Although the phosphate fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer can basically satisfy the agriculture development, the potassic fertilizer is in great demand, especially for the potassium sulphate.
The Potassium sulphate production line is improved based on Germany dry-type roasting method combining other accessories of special use. Many technology problem like high temperature high-concentration strong acid corrosion and serial commissioning test run,no waste water , exhaust gas and waste residue emission. All technical indexes reach the standard of national environment protection.
Potassium sulphate production line is mainly used to produce potassium sulphate for farm utilization and HCL of industrial grade (HCL≥31%). The KCL (K2O≥60%) and concentrated sulfuric acid (H2SO4≥98%), are used as raw material. The CaCO3 is used to neutralize the H2SO4 remained in the semi-finished product.
Annual output of (K2SO4) (K2O) ≥50% is 12,000-13,000 tons per year;
Annual output of HCL(HCL≥31%) is 13,000-15,000 tons per year.
Section for K2so4 production line
12000-13000 tons per year K2SO4 production line includes ingredient section, dosing section, crushing and packing section, absorption section and heating section. The improved Mannheim K2So4 production technology is adopted.
