Brief description of continuous charring stove

continuous charring stove is carbonization the combustibility fiber material like sawdust.
The sawdust moisture should be 8% --12%.
The sawdust after carbonization can be used to make fireworks and crackers,activated carbon,medicine and so on.
The continuous charring stove can change the sawdust/rice husk into the charcoal powder directly.The finished product is widely
used in firework making, charcoal briquette extruding, mosquito-repellent incense producing, activated carbon manufacturing and used in clinical at the same time.

The main structure of continuous charring stove

This model machine consists of heating parts, carbonizing parts,  cooling parts,   gas recycle parts,  smoking purification parts, and controlling parts.
Heating parts	includes three heating room (for heating the stove), furnace body and heat  keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the  heating) and the drought fan
Carbonizing parts	consist of four carbonizing tubes, Both of them are made of the heat resistance  thermal steel, under the drive of the machine, the sawdust will be delivery to the  tube1, when the sawdust reach to the end of the tube1,it will turn around to the  tubes2, and so on,  after four tubes carbonization, the sawdust will become  charcoal powder.
Gas recycle parts	When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke  (can be burning)  the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification ,  the gas recycle tubes can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for  heating the  machine again.
Smoking  purification parts	( in this machine, there are  two purification  tank, the first one to purify the  smoking ( can not burning ), and the other one are used to purification the  gas smoking when the working process, The smoking through the purification  system.will  become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
Cooling parts	in the back side of the machine, there is one tube for cooling the hot charcoal  powder, so we can get the charcoal powder directly.
Controlling parts	the whole machine we will equip one electrical control box to control the  three electrical motors.

  

Working process of continuous charring stove
1) main part of the whole set machine : biomass gasifier stove , gas cleaner , fan, burner , carbonization
equipment etc
2) principle : this sets equipment use Dry distillation carbonization method , make full use of the flammable
gas,such as Methane, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, which occur during the carbonization . Then through the
gas cleaner to get Wood tar, wood acid to get pure flammable gas , then through the burner to make the gas be
burning to heating the carbonization ( temperature is about 600 ℃ )
3) Four-layer’s pipe : from top to bottom , the 1st & 2rd layer are for pre-heating and drying, ( these 2 layers
with independent vapour exhaust pipe ),3rd layer is for carbonization under low temperature , 4th layer is for
carbonization under high temperature and discharge , 3rd & 4th layer also have independent pipe to collect
flammable gas, which can make the gas be used circulatory
