We are the professional manufacture of various kinds of cosmetic packaging, like lotion pump, plastic cap series, screw sprayer, crimp sprayer, pen sprayer, plastic jar, travel sets, etc. Also the OEM &ODM are accepted. We are located in Zhangjiagang City, about two hours drive from Shanghai. And Zhangjiagang City is the base areas of the sprayer, so it is the first choose as your demand.       

1) Can we do printing on the bottles and jars?   

    Yes, of course you can. We could offer various printing ways: the screen printing, hot-stamping, painting, etc.

2) Can we get your free samples?

    Yes,our sampls are free but the express fee is on buyer's account, once you  confirmed and place order, we will return it to you.

3) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

    Yes, you can. But the quantity of each  item should reach our MOQ.

4) What is the normal lead time?

    A. For stock products, the products will be delivered within 7-15 workdays after we receive your payment.

    B. For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 workdays after receive your payment.

5) What is your payment term?

    A. T/T, L/C are accepted.

    B. For mass production: 30% pay in advance, 70% pay before shipping.

6) What is your shipping way?

    We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.

    By sea, by air or by express, etc.

7) How do you control the quality?

    We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production.    Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

8) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

    When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the cargos. If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We  can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
