Box drill Planter - 2BX Series (Model2016)

3Pt hitch mounted 2BX series grain box drill works stable and perfect when rotary tillers is used as the primary tilling. Good for plain and slow slope. This box drill is used and validated by thousands farmers in central china with high reputation.  Simple, easy and reliable with covering a high range of cereals seeds. You have an option of double disk for soft and shallow seeding depth or an option of spring legs for hard and deeper seeding.

2.  All tasks complete in one pass:  leveling, soil opening, fertilizing, seeding, covering and pressing.

3.                  Using Power leveling or disk leveling in the front to assure the soil surface is leveled for seeding, remove tractor tire tracks for surface evenness.

As a result, no ground profile matching structure is required for uneven surface.  The structure is simple, reliable and makes the gravity point closer to the tractor 3 point hitch, hence requires less tractor lifting force.

The leveling device can be adjusted to meet different seeding condition requirement. 

4.                    Double disk opener for each row, suitable for soft soil and shredded field.  Steel material by 65Mn.  Installed spring on each opener to allow minimum impact to other rows when one single row hits hard object.   

5.                      Optional Spring leg opener is specially designed for hard or rough soil surface and non-shredded field (less straw in the field, as straw will stuck on the legs).

This leg opener allows great penetration into the soil and deeper seeding depth if required.    

6.                    Seeding density is adjustable by simply gear switch with 16 speeds, simple and reliable structure to cover most speeds required.    

7.         Footplate with skid proof design, makes seed and fertilizer box checking easy and safe. 

8. Driving wheel with full seeding width works well with the full width closing cover, followed by a compressor. This is to ensure the seed being pressed by the soil and proper water reserving.     

9.  Stainless steel V shape bottom seed and fertilizer box, well anti-corrosion and anti-leakage design as shown in the picture.

11.  Multi-task seed distributor, can be used for big cereals seed ( wheat, pea, sorghum ) and also can be used for smaller seeds like canola, sesame, alfaalfa.    

12.  Fertilzier box made by polycarbonate for anti-corrosion and wheel bar adjustment for easy fertilizing density control.

Special Notice:  When fertilizing density is above 134lbs/Ac (150kg/Ha) it is required to order models with independent disk opener for fertilizer discharging tube, otherwise, the fertilizing and seeding tube shares the same disk opener.
