When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will produce the viscosity moment acting on the rotor, the greater the liquid year, the greater the viscous torque; the contrary, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the viscous torque is also smaller. On the viscous torque detected by the sensor, the computer processing to obtain the measured liquid viscosity.
