Machine Introduction

DH-WP series wood feed pellet machine is our newly developed energy-saving equipment. These are either non used or burnt inefficiently in their loose form causing air pollution. Now we provide the solution to convert this wastage into best form. These wastage can easily convert into suitable density and high combustion value fuel (briquettes) with the help of our pellet making machine.

The pellet diameter can be from 1mm to 30mm by changing the moulds.

Raw Materials

1) The raw material

It is widely used for different biomass raw materials, such as maize straw, wood, straw, bamboo, peanut shell, rice husk, corncob, cotton seed hull, wheat-straw, sunflower seed shell, empty fruit branch, sawdust, cotton stalk, weeds, pulverized coal and waste paper etc.
It also can be mixture of different kinds raw materials, but evenly mixed, no adhesive or chemical.

2) Requirements of Raw Material

Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.

Moisture content: about 20%-25%.

Size of material: powder or granule(size smaller than 1 cm)

Technical Parameters

(1) Gear directly-connecting driving is adopted for high efficiency;

(2) Full stainless steel feeder; variable pitch anti-bridging structure; Imported FC control;

(3) Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy; smooth driving, low noise and long service life;

(4) Gearbox and driving holes’ accuracy are guaranteed by specialized casting supplier and NCC;

(5) The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported, and especially lubrication oil return system is available to ensure reliable bearing lubrication;

(6) Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel with high anti-corrosion ability and long service life;

(7) The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use
