Plastic recycling pelletizing machine is mainly used in extruding soft and hard thermoplastics, such as  polyviylchloride(PVC),polyethylene and others.

Technical Parameters                                                                  

Adopts screw with mature screw structure. In the light of different raw materials, different mixing elements are adopted to provide the extruder with high speed and high output and make the processed material mixed uniformly, radial temperature range small, and formed products little deformation. Equipped with relevant die head and auxiliary machine it could be used to process PE/PP/PA/PC/ABS pipes, profiles, sheets/boards, as well as granules.

Working Principle                                                                        

Process flow of plastic recycling pelletizing machine/plastic granulator/plastic pelletizer:

Conveyor→ raw material compactor(feeder)→ Extruding system→ Die-head and High speed Net exchanging system→ water ring pelletizing system/noodle type pelletizing system→ dewatering machine→ vibrating sieve→ Air Blower → Storage hopper
