According to your requirement and production scale, floating fish feed machine can be classified into dry type machine and wet type machine.

The feed pellets have suitable density and high combustion value. And it is widely applied for large, middle and small size aquaculture; grain & feed processing factories; animal farm; poultry farm; individual and small & middle size farm or large, middle and small size feed processing factories.

The feed pellet diameter can be from 0.9mm to 20mm by changing the moulds. It is suitable for making feed for small fish to big fish, such as fish, catfish, shrimps, crab, turtle, pet, dog, cat, etc.

Raw Material                                                                               

1) The raw material

It has wide range of raw materials, it can be flour, corn starch, rice bran, meat meal, bone meal, fish meal, soybean meal, soybean, corn, grain etc. It also can be mixture of different kinds, but evenly mixed, no adhesive or chemical.

2) Requirements of Raw Material

Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.

Moisture content: about 20%-25%.

Oil content: ≤10%
Starch content: ≥30%

Size of material: powder or granule(size smaller than 1 cm)

8. The wet type machine needs a boiler to make steam which can conduct steam to the conditioner and ripen the raw material in advance

9. Commonly used expanded buoyancy fish feed than powder or granule feed save 8% 15%.
