  JS series concrete mixer is double horizontal shaft concrete mixer, which can mix the plastic and half-dry hard concrete, fluid concrete and light aggregate concrete. It also has manul or pneumatic discharge mode. Drum sets with wear resistant cast liner and mixing blade, which is durable and easy to replace. JS series twin-shaft concrete mixer including JS 500, 750, 1000,1500, 2000,3000 altogether 6 main models, which is often as the main mixer of the concrete batching plant.

Machine Parts

1. JS concrete mixer quick-wear parts: lining plate, mixing blade, mixing arms, and six pulleys.

 Lining plate, mixing blade, mixing arms are made by abrasion-resisting cast iron material.

2. The discharging device can adopt the hydraulic pressure mode as well as the mechanical mode.

3. The concrete mixer has the electric-box for controlling all the operation.

4. The mixing blade is designed by the latest Europe technique, which could realize the material to be mixed more evenly by three dimensions, and not easy to get centrifugal.
