Working process:

Cement, coal sah, sand and additive are poured into the concrete mixer machine in different ways with specific proportion, well mixed, then discharge concrete for building.

Mixing machine:

It adopts JS twin shafts compulsive concrete mixer with the advantage of high efficiency.

Weighting machine:

PLD concrete batching machine is used for weighting aggregate .

Conveying system:

Belt and screw conveyor is used to transport aggregate and cement.

Storing machine:

Cement silo is used to storing cement and coal sah with large quantity and environment friendly.

Control system:

This batching plant is controled by full automatic controlling machine with low fault.
