IV. Product Details

(i) Adopting thermoplastic rotational moulding process, one-time forming, smooth inside and outside,integrated and non-welding.

(ii) Straight cylindrical or circular truncated cone shape and structure, flat bottom without lean, roof obligated bearing position for supporting other mechanical devices such as agitator, dosing pump,membrane pump, etc.

(iii) Hole positions are reserved for installing inlet and discharging tube.

(iv) Color is optional, ordinary color are natural milky white while other color can be customized.

(v) Ensure product quality and safety in use, all of DIANFANG main products adopting original and new PE (e.g. LLPDE), one-time forming, monoblock, and without any scrap and secondary recycling material.

(vi) Obligated ridgy installation position for mechanical devices and inherent raised vent with screwed cover processes mechanical structure, install optional corresponding effective mechanical devices, effectively prevent overflow.

(vii) Raised vent and screwed cover can prevent overflow and splashing effectively.

(viii) 4mm to 8mm wall thickness, strong and durabl. Thickening is acceptable as well.

(ix) Press back moulded Trade Mark, QC accreditation help you identify the top quality, and the scale mark help you record the dosage.
