Egg tray machine working process:

Put waste paper into  pulper and add water conveyor to slurry storage pool, mixing the paper pulp evenly using mixer machine and  conveyors to the slurry pool. When the pulping pool concentration reaches certain degree, please conveyor them into molding machine. then drying and package the finished egg tray.

Output: 1000-8000pcs/H

SYF-1000 egg tray production line suitable for small scale production, 1hour capacity reaches 1000pcs, 0.1kg/pc. 3pcs moulds, total power 33KW, just needs 3-5persons.

Each hour needs 60kg waste paper, voltage can be 220V/380V, host power is 2.2KW, mould size is 1.23*0.4m, moulding machine size is 2.3*1.7*1.6m.

Drying system: natural drying, brick type conveyor drying, metal type single dryer, metal type multi-layer dryer.

The equipment belongs to environmental mechnical and can cyclic utilize waste water, no waste water discharge.
