Paper pulp egg tray molding production line is process waste paper into various paper tray, like egg tray, beer tray, shoes tray, rice-seedling tray, fruit tray etc. The mould can be customized with pattern or word according to customer's requirements.

Forming main machine has three types: reciprocating type, tumblet type and rotary type which production capacity is from small to big and have 1000pcs/h, 1500pcs/h, 2000pcs/h, 2500pcs/h, 3000pcs/h and bigger.

Process: Pulping---Forming---Drying.
