Description of Cotton Processing Equipment :

The cotton is gradually opened in the free condition under the action of the rollers and a part of 

impurities is removed.

 

This machine consists of sox rollers in an inclination of 45°, with vibuation grid bars aranged. 

 

The Cotton Processing Equipment can sufficiently open raw cotton and efficiently clean it. It is particularly easy to clean 

cotton seeds, leaves, cotton stalk, dusts and sands out of raw cotton by using the machine. But it is not recommended 

to open and clean man-made fibers. The machine must be used with condenser together, because raw cotton is fed 

from condenser to it.
