Process to make biomass briquette:
crusher---dryer---briquette machine---carbonization furnace(optional)
1.crusher is used to crush wood into sawdust less than 3-5mm
2.dryer is used to make moisutre content less than 12%
3.briquette machine will extrude biomass into high density briquette
4.carbonization furnace will carbonize the briquette into charcoal briquette.
After carbonization, the biomass briquette will become charcoal stick as following:
