This new type rice mill is for husking and polishing brown paddy into polished rice with high purity.

1.  The paddy and brown rice enter into

      the working studio through the feeding 

      hopper.

2.  The feeding shutter could adjust 

      the flow rate of the paddy.

3.  The rollers rolling and pushing the

      paddy grind each other.

4.  The action of the blade also cause 

      resistance to paddy.

5.  All this resulted in the husking and

     refining of the rice.

6. Finally, the refined rice is pushed to
the outlet.

7.  The fine bran will fall out from the 

      screen.

8. The coarse bran and broken rice will 

     be absorbed by the fan. A bag could 

     be tied for collecting.

With the parts separated, we could save the space as much as possible.
A 20'' FCL container could fit 84 wooden cases, which means 168 sets of the 632# rice mills.

             At any time, any of the parts goes wrong, we could supply you a new one.
             We'll also suggest you the easy worn parts while you purchase the machine. 

             You can also have some as stock in case of need.

4.Q:   Can I have a sample for testing first?

     A:     Sure! 

              Samples could be provided.
              If any problems happen, or any modification for better adapting to the local situation is welcomed. 

              We'll fix and do better after that.

5.Q:   Can I have my own logo?

     A:    Sure!
             Send us your logo and your design, we'll make that for you.

6.Q:   Can you do OEM?

              Drawings, or samples are both ok. We'll send you a even better one back.
