This Corn Thresher is specially designed for seperating the corn niblets from the corn cobs.

Both clean Corn Cobs, and corn cobs with leaves, can be put into the thresher.

After threshing, the corn niblets kept unbroken.

And the corn vein and leaf kept clean.

(The sieve outside of the threshing room also helps sift the remained corns out of the trash. )

The corn thresher can automaticly seperate the corn niblets from the corn leaf and corn vein.

Most of our customers are shocked by the high production output of the thresher.

Eg: thresher model 5TY-750:

      4 people works together to feed the corn cobs.

  3-5 tons/hr for 5TY-750 corn thresher

  5-8 tons/hr for 5TY-1150 corn thresher

For better working, we designed many different engine bases for the corn thresher.

The trolley makes the thresher possiable to work everywhere outside, in yard, in field.

The corn thresher can be packed in wooden case if you want to protect the machine as much as possible.

Normally, we pack the corn thresher like this.

Not only saved the space, but also saved the wooden case cost.

With air bubble film and stretch film to protect the paint.

The structure of corn thresher is hard enough, so even pile them up, the thresher won't be out of shape.
