Maize / Corn Samp Grinder

This grinder can be used to grind most of the grains,

such as corn, maize, wheat, sweet potato, sorghum, soybean......

Working Principle

Diesel engine and electric motor can all be used to run the grinder. With the high speed rotation of the power, the grinder shaft rotates quickly, the blades and fan also rotate quickly.

The grain was hit, cut and crushed in the enclosed working studio.

When the fineness is smaller than the screen hole, the flour flow down.And with the force of the fan, the flour was sucked into the collecting bag.

Point 1

The mill body is welded by very thick steel plate.

Point 2

The feeding hopper is assembled with bolts and nuts. It can be easily removed for transportation.

Point 3

The hole size of the sieve is normally between 0.4~1.2mm, depends on the fineness you want.

Point 4

The flow rate of the grain could be adjusted by the feeding shutter.

Point 5

To save space in the container, we'll separately packing the different parts.

Point 6

The installation is very easy. Join the bolts, washers, and nuts together and fix them, finish.

Point 7

This Joint can be placed with the fan outlet with bolts and nuts.

Fit the cloth bag to the joint with the hoop.

The flour will be easily collected.

A cyclone is also a good helper to collect the flour.

The final product - corn flour.

Product Processing

Step 1

The sheet-metal workshop weld the steel sheets together.

Step 2

The assembly workshop assemble the shaft with blades, then fix to the mill's main body.

Step 3

Testing the mill by running with motor.

Step 4

Painting the mill first with anti-rust paint, then the color paint.
