Coffee Bean Pulper

The Coffee Sheller is specially designed for shelling the skin of fresh Cherry Coffee & Cocoa beans.

While rotating the red pulley, the screen roller

rotates.

There's a chain connect the feeding roller to the

screen roller. 

When the screen roller rotates, the feeding roller

rotates as well. 

At this time, the coffee beans flow into the working studio.

The coffee skin is removed through rolling &

rubbing by the screen which looks like fish scale.

The shelled beans come out from the discharge

nuzzles.

And the skin fall out right beneath the pulper.

Point 1

The installation is very easy. Join the bolts, washers, and

nuts together and fix them, finish.

Point 2

Spanners are provided together to install the hopper and

pulley, also adjust the gaps.

Point 3

The Screen is made of 304 stainless steel or copper, so it

won't get rust after using.

Point 4

The gap between the feeding roller could be adjusted to fit

the beans.

Point 5

The screen roller can also be adjusted to increase the

peeling rate without damage the beans.

The beans and the skin will come out from different places.

4.Q:   Can I have a sample for testing first?

     A:     Sure! 

              Samples could be provided.
              If any problems happen, or any modification for better adapting to the local situation is welcomed. 

              We'll fix and do better after that.

5.Q:   Can I have my own logo?

     A:    Sure!
             Send us your logo and your design, we'll make that for you.

6.Q:   Can you do OEM?

     A:     Sure!
              Drawings, or samples are both ok. We'll send you a even better one back.
