1. Drum Screen  Description:

 

The drum screen is according to the material particle size classification processing in a processing equipment also knows as 

drum screening machine, because the layout is simple , is widely used in mining , building materials, transportation , energy ,

chemical industry products classification. Commonly used in the fine material grading , to improve the material quality.

3.Drum Screen Operating Principles:

 

1.Drum screen consists of hopper, screening drum, frame, motor and decelerator. 

 

2.Feeding into the drum, material is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.
