Brief introduction of micro powder raymond mill The Raymond Mill is used to grind materials in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry, and the materials must be no-flammable and non-explosive materials, such as limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar,

marble, talcum, gypsum, kaoline, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, glass, ceramic, active carbon, carbon black, fireproof materials,

heat preservation materials, chemical materials and so on(300 kinds of materials), the materials should have 

the hardness less than 7 in Moh's scale and the humidity less than 6 percent. The granularity of the

end products can be adjusted from 30 to 325 meshes.

 

Working Principle of micro powder raymond mill First material should be crushed into the desired size by Jaw Crusher, and delivered to the Silo by Bucket 

Elevator. Our Designed Vibrating Feeder will feed the material into the grinding room. With the air current from

 the Air Blower, those powder conforms to the fineness degree will be blew into the cyclone collector and those

 powder that is not consistent with the desired size will return to the grinding room to be reground. The whole

 system is airtight circulation, and the circulatory flow under the negative pressure.grinding mill
