Small Vibrating Feeder Introduction:

The vibrating feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow, it also can feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly,and screen the materials in sand making and stone crushing production line. It is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries like metallurgy, mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding,etc. 

 

 

Vibrating Feeder Working principle:
Vibrating feeder is composed of vibrating body, spring, spring chassis, vibrating motor, and screen bar, vibration exciter which is formed by two eccentric shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) and gear wheels. Through the motors driving force carried by the triangle wheel, the upper gears of the driving shaft joggle and propel the driven shaft. At this time, the two shafts rotate in reverse at the same time leading to the vibrating of the machines funnel. Under the funnels vibrating, the materials will continuously move forward and some smaller ones will directly fall down the belt conveyor while passing the screening bar (there are some fixed spaces between those bars). Finally, the materials can be transported to the aiming place.
