1.YUHONG Cement Dry Ball Mill/Clinker Grinding Ball Mill/Raw Material Ball Mill/Coal Mill Introduction

 

Most ordinary cement mill is used for circle flow powder grinding system, and its advantages include: 1. high grinding efficiency; 2. high production capacity; 3. power consumption lower; 4. especially grinding slag cement, the performance is more prominent. 

Generally the output of cement ball mill can be increased by 15% -20%, and power consumption is reduced by about 10%, in addition, the temperature of finished product can be reduced 20-40C, the product fineness is also easy to adjust.

 

Super fine and high production capacity cement ball mill is mainly used to open flow powder grinding systems. Its characteristics are:1. the whole system equipment and the technical process are simple, low investment and less covering area; 

2. in the structure of ball mill, using the advanced special compartment device which selects powder inner, and in the fine grinding chamber, adding the activated device, in the tail of ball mill, is equipped with special grid plated for discharging, 

then it minimizes the size of the grinding media in the grinding chamber, so greatly improve the grinding efficiency to achieve the purposes of high yield and low power.

 

Center Drive double sliding shoe ball mill belongs to the center drive ball mill, supporting with the sliding shoe bearing ( welded slip ring ) at the both ends, so it shortens the strided distance of the ball mill, the force of good, stable support, tube thickness decreases, 

thereby reducing mill weight; Made Simple, fewer parts, spare parts can be reduced by the user and easy maintenance .

The machine adopts modular compartment plate and discharge grate plate, a warehouse using ladder liner, two positions graded dual ladder liner, improved grinding ability, 

so that the material in the mill grinding process is more reasonable positions feed device using oblique inlet blinds structure, can increase the ventilation rate of the mill, reducing intake air resistance, so that the feed is more smooth.

1. The drive form of drum ball mills includes the edge drive, center drive, multi-point engagement edge drive and others; drive in the form of asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion + large gear and synchronous motors + air clutch + pinion+ large gear; 

2. Generally use static and dynamic pressure bearing ends of the support methods, one use of self-aligning fully enclosed 1200 line contact 'rocker-type' bearings, another use of  a single sliding shoe, double sliding shoe supports with static and dynamic pressure or supports with complete static pressure; 

3. Large open gear equipped with reliable sealing of the gear cover and automatic glycerol spray lubrication device;

4. The barrel is the key part of the ball mill, using computer for finite element analysis to ensure the reliability of its use; 

5. large and medium-sized ball mills are equipped with a slow drive; 

6. large and medium-sized ball mills are equipped with high and low pressure lubrication station; 

7. The control and protection system are with PLC control.
