Description

• Maximum adjustable distance is 3.5cm
• Using step
  •  1.Take out the fixed cap on the bottom, and then take out the bolt
  •  2.Pull the inner tube from the doorframe. You will find the fixed hole on the doorframe. Then find the closest fixed hole
  •  3. Set the door bar to your ideal length. In the meantime, put the bolt and the cap back to fix it
  •  4.Slight turn the adjustable buttom to make sure two side of the door bar fixing on the doorframe tightly. In the meantime, set the safe stand under to prevent the door bar falling down
• Perform pull-ups and chin-ups in any standard doorframe
