Design Characteristics :

Brazen low pressure elaborate high atomization nozzle is using brass as body, set within stainless steel nozzle core and stainless steel guide vane, the liquid form a centrifugal vortex in the guide vane, small hollow type fog particles spew from the nozzle, it can be widely used in factories humidification, cooling, salt spray test, artificial fog, and other wet-adding places. 

The orifices of nozzle is punched by precision perforating machine which is made in United States, the aperture is between 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm, well-made. Compare with gas humidification the cost is lower, saving more than 10 times. 

It doesn't need air auxiliary, system device is simple, and the ejective cloud points are subtle, it’s fully atomizing. Energy and water is saving, low cost, good effect; the stainless steel wafers which use advanced forging technology has strong durability. Compare with the same kind of nozzle it has 2.5 times of life. 

This nozzle can fully use tap water pressure for atomization.
