How to operate this kind of hatching machine?

1, Internal operations:   please turn off the power before the internal operations.
2,Lighting switch:   turn it on when you observe the inside of incubator machine at night.
3,Homothermal fan:  it must be kept open all the time during the operation of hatching machine

4,Switch of the fan: it will start automatically when the ventilating fan (small fan) is over-temperature.

5,Egg-turning operation: pressing the increasing key all the time so that you can turn the eggs manually, this operation can be used when you take the egg tray out, or put it in.

1, Hatching machine is programmed to turn the eggs once automatically every 90 minutes. 

2, Begin to hatch: after all parts of hatching machine (especially egg turner and egg tray rack, basin filling with water followed by power supply)

checked normally, you can use the 380V electrical power. Do device running records once every one hour, if unusual, the power should be immediately cut off to find out the reasons.

3, All programs within the microcomputer automatic controller and data are set up according to the standards of the incubator; users would better not adjust them.

4, Before using it firstly, should fill basin with water completely, and then power on.

Every day users must add water to the basin once, the location of the water should be over the tube of humidification in the basin.

5, When hatching, users keep a watering tool to spray eggs three or four times daily.

6, In the late stage of incubation, the oxygen -holes which are under the box should open up gradually,

the appropriate opening number is two-thirds, and the specific number should be set according to the local temperature, humidity and so on.

7, After candling egg every time, rotate ninety degrees of the location of the eggs, to avoid the adhesion phenomenon, so that the egg temperature, humidity can uniform.

8, The usage of humidifier: connect the appending plastic tube with the air gate of the humidifier,

insert the other end into the holes which is in the above side of the box and then connect the power.

9, Humidity probes and temperature probes should be kept dry and keep away from water to avoid equipment failure.

10, Note: The failure of humidifiers which is caused by lacking of water is outside the scope of the warranty
