Briquetting machine for metal scrap 

Waste materials can become valuable secondary raw materials once they are briquetted. The Briquettes can be re-used by smelting. Cast iron dust becomes cast iron again; iron included in fulter dusts is reduced and converted to metal. 

Our briquetting machinery can produce briquettes which have been compressed at high force. These can be smelted with almost no losses.

Ⅰ. The applications:

WT1 series of scrap briquetting presses are applied to compress sawdust of steel,iron,aluminum and brass into blocks of high density, making recyling and smelting easy. This series are especially useful in casting plants where the pressed sawdust of iron can be substituted with raw iron.
