This hot bain marie is manufactured from stainless steel(#201) and features a powerful 3000W heating element.
Supplied with 4*1/1*6" GN Pan, 100mm deep heavy duty stainless steel pans and lids. Durable and easy to clean, the stainless steel bain marie has a adjustable thermostat with 50-200°C. Adjustable heat control gives added versatility.
Equipped with a water drain tap at the bottom of the appliance for easy cleaning.
The legs are detachable, easy to install and take off. 
Ideal for holding sauces, soups, gravy and pre-cooked foods for up to 2 hours at serving temperature.
