PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

B. Conveyed by three chains, run in low speed, stable operation movement.

C. The improvement of open door shaft and link mechanism ensure that the angle of opening door is larger than 90 ° (the materials can't fall on the door) close door which is deadlocked.

D. Advanced adding and spraying system could be added many kinds of liquid and solid at the same time, precision spraying and convenient control.

APPLICATION

Unique design return air system ensures air current balance in all-dimensional feed in materials. Suitable for premix, poultry feed, aquatic feed, additives, chemical and medicine industries, etc.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

In the horizontal twin U shaped container, there are two opposite rotation axes. And certain numbers of paddle stirrers are set up on the each axe at certain angle. When mixing, the horizontal axes make the material move up and down. Rotation at opposition direction of the double axes makes materials exchange from left to right. Paddle stirrers push material at angle 45 to move circularly in the cylinder, and the materials can reach good mixing effect under the movement of staggered agitating blades.

Unit machine adopts wooden cases package, LCL shipping.5 tons automatic feed pellet production line need 2 40’GP container to load.10 tons automatic feed pellet production line need 4 40’GP container to load. 2 tons manual feed pellet production line need 1 40’GP container to load. All the machines will be put into container without package. Surely we would reinforce machines, to confirm it will be suitable for long distance sea transportation.
