Application

1.This pellet mill could be directly contacted to the shaft of tractor, which is a mobile pellet machine.

2.It can work in the place without electricity.

3.It is mainly used to make the biomass, sawdust pellet from corn straw,green waste,bamboo powder,grazing,straw,rice hull,.

4.It also can make feedstuff pellets from corn ,oil cake the fish, chicken, animal and so on.

Pellet size

The final size of the pellets is diameter 6,8,10,12mm,30mm for the sawdust pellet , and 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, for animals food .According to the requirement of clients, it can adjust the length of the pellets.

Raw material size and moisture

1.Raw material size can not extend 5mm, orelse, it will can not make good pellets

2.Raw material moisture is best 13%-22% according to different material

All our package are standard fumigated wooden box, we need around 5 working days to finish the machine and ready to deliver. If want extra spare parts pls notify when place order.
