Brief introduction:

 

 

1.SKJ pellet mill is mainly proper for making pellets from crude fiber material , such as corn stalks, sawdust, paddy husk, cotton stalk, cotton seed hull and others agricultural stalks and factory waste whichi is difficult to binding, forming .

 

 2.This pellet machine is  also used for making pellets with low temperature, for example, biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, combined fertilizer and so on.

 

 

Description:

 

 

1.Use the cold press forming technique, polishing craft, good appearance, and compact structure;

 

 

 

2.High capacity, low consumption, low noise, little trouble, high efficiency, continuous work, economic and durable;

 

 

 

 3.Whole machine is made by special high quality material, and KAF three-level gear reducer and electrical control box ,main parts are used the high quality alloy steel with durable material, use the Germany vacuum stove hot principle, lifetime is bigger 5-7 times than common pellet mill.

 

 

 

 Raw material scope:

 

Sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, biomass, sawdust pellet with all kinds of sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, hulls, forestry wastes, wood chips, chemical waste and many other wastes or solid powder materials. especially low-bonding and unformed materials.

 

 

Raw material moisture: 12%-25%

 

Raw material size: not extend 5mm

 

 

Working Principle :

 

The raw material is under dried condition, which is compressed and formed into small eraser-sized bits, the final pellets is clean, pleasant and smooth, and its density is more than 1.0g/m3.
