2. Main uses

3. Characters

Adapted with horizontal rectangle jacketed structure and SUS 304 material, is corrosion resistant and durable, the vacuum autoclave is strictly in accordance with the quality and safety standards of pressure vessel.

The sealing doors adapted clamp tooth lock system, equipped with safety lock device, realizing mechatronic control, is very safe.

The sealing is made of silicon rubber material which is resistant to 200 centigrade, with perfect elasticity, and is durable.

There are two kind of sealing door: single leaf and double leaf

The vacuum autoclave equipped with liquid ring type vacuum pump, forcing the air out of the chamber, could make the sterilizing progress more thorough, with short time and perfect drying effect.

Equipped with touch-screen interface on top of the autoclave, easy operation, below of the machine is industrial programmable controller, the whole progress is automatically controlled, accurate, and could print out the data needed.

4. Control system

The electrical control system of vacuum autoclave mainly consist of human interface, main controller PLC, printer and other control element, could be set with several automatic control program and manual operation control system.

5. Pipe system

The pipe system of the vacuum autoclave is mainly consisting of control valve, vacuum bump, drying system and other valve.

6. Goods loading

This part of the vacuum autoclave is equipped with sterilizing vehicle and carrier, could used for goods loading

Sterilizing vehicle: made of stainless steel, used for placing pallet

Carrier: using for the transporting between back and front of sterilizing vehicle, loading and unloading.
