The vacuum cooler consisting of vacuum chamber and refrigeration system, is a rapid and efficient precooling solution especially for leafy vegetables, mushroom and flowers, and it’s proven to be the only practical way to attain optimum shelf life and reduce the health risks caused by organism growth. The vacuum cooler can expose the fresh produce to a lower boiling point of the water in a vacuum, leading to high evaporation of water and taking the heat away rapidly, therefore the fresh produce can cool down quickly without frostbite within 10-30mins. We have designed a special system for fresh vegetables, mushroom and flowers, and reached a successful result.
