Working principle

Raw materials under high temperature (120-150 degrees Celsius) and high pressure (3.0-10Mpa), through different die holes , the material is extruded from the the die holes of the moulds, into the atmosphere, pressure and temperature drop quickly , make the volume expands rapidly, the moisture evaporate rapidly , solidfication and became puffed feed.

1) Floating fish food diameter: 1.0-12mm

2) Pet feed: triangle type, flower type, bone type and so on

3) Mould quantity : 3 moulds freely (including the mould on the machine)

4) Voltage: Electric control cabinet is connected to 380V ,three wires, and a zero line (main motor 380V 50Hz , three-phase power, feeding and cutting motor 220V 50Hz, two-phase)
