The Bright Quenching Oil adopts refined paraffinic base oil and multifunctional additives. It’s suitable for quenching the neutral material and poor hardenability materials under protection.

Product advantage:

Good cooling property. No cracking and little deformation after quenching.

Good thermal oxidation stability.

Long service life.

Good brightness. It can privent from the residues of ageing on the surface of workpiece.

Product application:
Suitable for quenching process under the protection, like multi-purpose furnace, continuous furnace, resistance furnace and so on.

Suitable for the small and medium-sized section of bearing steel, die steel, cutlery steel and instrumentation, the gear, spring and other parts, etc.
