The compression fittings line has been designed for the conveyance of fluids at high pressures, for water conveyance,for potable water distribution and applications in the thermo-hudraulic sector. Threads: ISO 7, ANSIASME B1-20

Flanges: ISO 2084, DIN 2501, UN 17442

Working Pressures:

Allows the maximum working pressure (PN-PFA*) OF 16 bar (UNI 9561-2) for diameters from 16 to 63 and PN 10 for diameters from 75 to 110, at the temperature of 20°C. Maximum allowable working pressures related to the duration of pressure and temperature.

 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

A. Chamfer the pipe with beveler tool.

B. Slacken the ring nut without removing from the body. Check that O-ring and clip ring are in proper position.

C. Insert the pipe end without tightening the ting nut.

     Push the fitting until the pip overstep the O-ring and reaches the stop.

D. Hand tighten the ring nut then tighten further with a strap/chain wrench.
