5XZ Grain gravity separator
 

The 5XZ seed gravity separator is a barotropic type separator, universally used to separate your valuable grain and vegetable seeds based on their specific weights.

The machine consists of support, fan, driving system, vertical and horizontal angle adjustment mechanism, vertical and horizontal clamp mechanism, discharge hopper, air filter cover, steeples speed conversion adjustment mechanism and so on.

This machine is widely used inthe seed processing and the agricultural products processing, has good separating effects on beans, grain seed, tree seed, cotton seed, oilseed, vegetable seed and so on. It can remove blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), rotten seed, deteriorated seed, moldy seed, non-viable seed, seed with black powder sick and seed with shell. After the selecting of specific gravity separators, the vigor and viable seed will be obtained, and the seed germination rate and cleaning degree will increase.

This machine is very suitable for the seeds of beans, wheat, maize, paddy rice, cotton, sorghum, legumes, rape, vegetables, Chinese pine, larch, spruce and so on.

Using air distribution, the material being fed through is precisely separated into three fractions according to specific gravity. And the purityof the cleaned seed can reach up to 98%.
