This series flat die pellet presses can be used for producing wood pellets and biomass pellets, tooWood pellets are made of all kinds of wood waste. Biomass pellets are made of peanut sheller, corn stalk and other biomass materials. 

2.For feed pellet use:

2). Working principle:  This series pellet machine uses the diesel engine or electric motor as power. The gears derive the spindle and die. The raw materials are forced out of the die holes by the squeezing action of the die and roller. Then the high quality pellets are produced. The length of the pellets can be controlled by adjusting the position of the tool bit.

FAQ of wood pellet machine  :

Q1: The machine works well, but it can not make pellets, it is hard to form pellets. What can I do? 

Answer: If the moisture is too high or too low, it is hard to form pellets. It would be better if the moisture is between 13-25%, and the moisture depends on the raw materials. Different raw materials, different moisture.

Q2. How can I make shining wood pellets without any additive?

Answer: Control the moisture of raw material. Proper moisture can help you make beautiful pellet. Or try to add some waste oil, the oil can help the pellets forming and make the pellet machine life longer.

Q3. The capacity becomes smaller after a period of time use, why?

Answer: Probably because the gap between die and rollers is too big. Please decrease the gap between die and rollers. Or it is because the moisture of raw materials is too low. Add some water to increase water content.
